Where to Find Me!
Message me however you'd like for questions you might have!
Commission inquiries are taken through Google Forms, please see my FurAffinity account or Trello for my commission status
Base Prices
!!Prices are subject to change when I am not taking commissions. They will never change while commissions are open or if an accepted inquiry remains unpaid!!
These are the base prices for my standard commission options, with the expectancy of a single character of low-to-average complexity.
("Flat Color" includes minimal shading and a gradient for depth)
The more I draw, the more I improve, so art examples may be somewhat outdated, unless drawn recently. Please refer to my Fur Affinity account: AdeptAlec to see most of my recent work.
Icon/Headshot
Flat Color: $25
Shaded: $30
Halfbody
Flat Color: $30
Shaded: $40
Fullbody
Flat Color: $50
Shaded: $65
Additions
This includes optional additions to the previously mentioned commission options
(All prices are average and will vary depending on how demanding the task is)
Additional Character
(Price can be lowered if only a small part of the second character is shown)
+70% of primary character cost
If both character's are far apart, or in the case of headshots/icons, I may charge +100% as I'd essentially be drawing two full characters, rather than an interaction with overlapping parts
Background
(Price determined by complexity)
Sketch: (Almost anything. Done in sketchy style) $5+
Average: (Simple nature scenes, room interiors) $15+
Complex: (Complex architecture, big sceneries) $30+
Rendered Bodily Fluids/Contents
(Rendered vomit, feces, urine, etc.)
I do not charge for rendering small things like tears, cum, or saliva
(Price determined by complexity+quantity)
~$10+
!!Content Warning!! NSFW Examples
Other Stuff I Can Do
I like tackling big/unique projects, but, be warned that things like comics or animations can get expensive, as they take a lot of time/work! I am more than happy to discuss hypotheticals without anyone needing to commit to something.
(Too unique to specifically price. That being said, costs are always generally based on the aforementioned "Base Prices")
Alternate Versions: Free, as long as I know in advance
Style Replication: (ie. MLP, Pokemon) Usually free
Sequences: Reused assets will not be charged for
Comics: Can be discounted if resolution is low
Animations: Rendered fluids are not possible
Sketches: Low-cost, little refining, quick turnaround
What I Will/Won't Draw
I try my best to be open to most unique kinks. And, while I may lack a lot of knowledge and art experience regarding them, I'm often willing to try something new!If your kink is not mentioned in the list linked above, feel free to contact me.
Some of My Favorite Things to Draw:
Vomit/emetophilia
Dragons, monsters, dinosaurs, and similar creatures
Feral characters (quadrupedal or otherwise)
Maws and saliva
Things I Will Refuse to Draw:
Offensive (racist, sexist, LGBT-phobic, etc.) content
Anything intended to distress or harm another
Terms of Service
General:
By commissioning me, you agree to having read my full TOS.
If you frequently disregard my Terms of Service, I will not hesitate to blacklist you.
I am free to change these terms whenever I see fit.
You must be 18 or older to commission me.
You must have a fair grasp on the English language, or make use of a translator.
Much of my commission process relies on communicating with my client, so being able to communicate effectively is important.
There are several things/fetishes (mainly anything involving sexual acts/genitals) that I lack experience with drawing, so any references/guidance are greatly appreciated and encouraged, so that we can get the best results.
Lack of experience does not mean I'll actively turn down a request, in fact, I usually love trying to draw new things, so don't be afraid to approach with an idea. When in doubt, check my F-List.
If you want to commission something that isn't mentioned/priced, you can still submit a request! I often enjoy taking on unique projects! You are also welcome to reach out and run an idea by me, if my commissions aren't open yet
I am free to decline any commission request/inquiry for any reason.
Submitting a Commission Request:
Submitting a Commission Request does not guarantee that I will accept it. I may return to a slot system, on special occasions, but, for now, forms work best, as it allows me to manage my workload.
In order to submit a commission request, please follow this link to my commission forms, and fill it out to the best of your ability.
While proper reference sheets are preferred, I am willing to work off of descriptions, assuming your character is simple.
Multiple submissions are allowed if you have multiple ideas. But please keep your personal budget in mind.
Discussing a Commission Request:
If your commission request is accepted, I will reach out to you—make sure you're still on board—and ask/answer any questions you or I might have regarding the request.
During this, I will likely begin sketching while we settle on something- do not expect overly refined sketches at this time, it's just for visualizing and making sure we're both on the same page.
You are free to ask for any and all changes until we reach a point you're happy with-- but please do not abuse my willingness to sketch things.
After we settle on an idea and rough draft that you are happy with, I will break down a price that can also be discussed, if you feel it is necessary. (We can also discuss payment, before then, if you have a tight budget)
At this point, I will not begin work on your commission until I have been paid.
Me accepting your commission request does not mean you have to follow through and commission me. If something comes up, or if you feel you won't be able to afford something, you can back out, or otherwise put the commission on hold.
(cont.) That being said, it is fairly discouraging to discuss and storyboard a project, only for it to not go anywhere, so putting too many projects on hold will make me less likely to want to work with you.
I do not do "deals" of any kind, unless otherwise stated (aside from the additional character discount). I will not lower a price just because you're buying multiple things, or because another artist would. If you have issues with my prices, commission someone else.
Payment:
I accept payment through PayPal, via invoice (I also have a Boosty, in case PayPal doesn't work for you)
When using PayPal, you do not need to worry about covering PayPal fees. Tips, on the other hand, while never required, are always greatly appreciated <3
Payment plans can be arranged for orders over $100. (Including bulk orders with multiple pieces)
I accept cancellations (with full refunds) before I have started the lineart. If cancelled, you do not have the rights to the sketch.
If you need to cancel a commission after I have started the lineart, we may be able to discuss a partial refund, depending on how much work I've done so far. It's a case-by-case situation.
Commission/Art Process:
I'll do my best to keep things updated on Trello, but, as a client, you will get any major updates first, Trello is more like my public to-do list.
As previously mentioned, I prefer to discuss things in detail, and get a loose sketch of your idea, before payment-- after which, I can properly start work on your commission.
I will check in with you throughout the drawing process (to get feedback/make sure things look the way you want), so keep an eye on your inbox! There isn't much of a rush to respond, but, the longer you take, the longer the commission will take overall. If I don't receive a response within ~48 hours, I will message again.
At each "checkpoint"(sketch, lineart, color, background, etc.), you are free to ask for any changes, as long as it doesn't require me to redo anything prior to the last checkpoint. (ie. If I'm asking for input after the coloring stage, I will not change the lineart, assuming you've already approved the lineart).
^^^ I do this to, ideally, avoid any oversights, and to get something as close to what you're looking for as possible. (Exceptions can be made, if I forgot something initially outlined in the order/reference sheet.)
Some projects take longer than others! It mainly depends on how demanding a project is- but it also depends on how familiar I am with drawing the subject/character, as well as how quickly you approve/respond to my check-ins.
Please do not rush me. Art takes time, and I have a life outside of the internet/social media. You are more than welcome to check in, or give me a poke, if it's been over a week since an update, but please be patient. Constantly asking when I'll be done with something will only stress me out and make me less likely to take orders from you in the future.
If in doubt, check Trello, it has a checklist system that I sometimes make use of for bigger projects.
Your Rights to the Art:
Upon completion, you will be provided with an un-signed piece for personal use.
You are free to repost my art (I would appreciate a heads-up if you do this) as long as you properly credit me by linking to or naming my Fur Affinity account (AdeptAlec) unless otherwise stated.
If you post a commissioned piece on your own account, please only post the signed version. This is to discourage art theft.
If I have not posted the piece to one of my accounts, you may ask me for a signed version, and I will provide such.
Do not claim my art as your own. Ever.
